Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior managers to develop performance goals and long-term operational plans.
• Maximize efficiency and productivity through comprehensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration.
• Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity.
• Work with project managers to develop financial and budgetary plans.
• Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending improvement solutions where necessary.
• Manage and lead a diverse team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration with other departments, ensuring alignment in achieving organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.                                                                                                      
• Proven experience in operations management, demonstrating a track record of resource mobilization.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
